To set the load type for a group of load cases

To se the load type for a number of load cases or load combinations, use the following procedure.

This is useful for assigning load types of to large jobs with many load cases.

Select Load & Factors in the Main Navigator pane. The Load Description panel opens.
Tip: You can select any single load and change the Load Case Type in the parameters below the list.
Select the loads in the list which will all have the same load type assigned.
Tip: Press and hold <Shift > to select multiple load cases. Select a load case again to de-select it.
The follow types are available:
- Primary (load cases only)
- Service
- Ultimate
A pair of options for Load Case Type and Load Combination Type are displayed below the list now.
Select the types to use for load cases and combinations and then click Batch Apply.
